Report an issue

When the steps detailed in the previous chapters of this guide do not lead to the expected operation of the system, please contact the system’s administrator, or activate the usual technical support channels.

When reporting a problem, inform the characteristics and details necessary for the diagnosis and solution of the reported problem.

  • Since when does the technical problem exist?
  • Is it an ongoing or one-time problem?
  • Does the problem occur during a time of high flow of visitors?
  • Does the problem happen to all devices and/or users?
  • What action causes the problem?
  • Does the system provide any feedback about the problem?
  • Has there been a power outage recently?
  • Has there been a network outage recently?
  • Did the device suffer an impact?
  • Is the device in an environment with unfavourable conditions such as excessive humidity and/or dust?
  • Which troubleshooting steps were applied? With which results?
