Commands

Some troubleshooting steps might require you to access the device’s command line or network configuration page.

Ticket dispenser​

To access the ticket dispenser’s command line:

  1. Open the ticket dispenser’s door.
  2. Connect a keyboard to a USB port of the ticket dispenser’s Raspberry Pi.
  3. Press Ctrl + Alt + F2.
  4. Credentials to log in (Ask Q-better support):

To force the configuration screen of the ticket dispenser, execute the following command:

/opt/qbetter/bin/bloom-devicecmd sysconfig

Player​

To access the player’s network configuration page:

  1. Connect a keyboard and a mouse to a USB port of the player.
  2. Restart the player.
  3. When the message ‘Press any button to edit’ appears on the display, press any key on the keyboard.
  4. The player's network configuration options will appear on the display.
