📄️ Getting Started
Bloom Enterprise is designed to be user-friendly, intuitive, efficient, and easy to navigate. This chapter guides you through the basics of its navigation to help you familiarise with the software usage aspects.
📄️ Overview
Bloom Enterprise is an advanced visitor flow management system, integrating queueing and appointments management solutions. It has a web-based backoffice, allowing access to the system from any web-browser enabled device connected to the system’s network, facilitating the system management and customization.
📄️ Dashboard
The Dashboard is the system landing page and provides the current day’s overview of the queueing and appointments modules. Through the Dashboard, you can analyse relevant information about tickets (waiting, paused, being served, served, and cancelled), visitors (service and waiting times, and number of visitors by location and service), and appointments (confirmed, checked in, served, cancelled, and non-attendances).
📄️ Data
Bloom Enterprise generates metrics that allow professionals to have insightful business awareness. The provided data includes waiting and handling times, tickets transfer flows, form answers, scheduled appointments, and staff performance.
📄️ Queueing
The Queueing section contains the pages used to configure the local queueing systems, and replicate configurations.
📄️ Appointments
The Appointments section contains the pages used to configure the appointments module: management (calendars for the different locations), scheduling flow (booking flows for the services), widget (layout customization for the appointments widget), and settings (general appointments system configurations).
📄️ Essentials
The Bloom Enterprise’s shared resources are in the Essentials pages. Here, you can configure the locations, services, users, roles, multimedia assets, among other settings.
📄️ System
Operational features and system core definitions can be set in the System pages: integrations, translations, licences, logs, and settings.
