Dashboard

The Dashboard is the system landing page and provides the current day’s overview of the queueing and appointments modules. Through the Dashboard, you can analyse relevant information about tickets (waiting, paused, being served, served, and cancelled), visitors (service and waiting times, and number of visitors by location and service), and appointments (confirmed, checked in, served, cancelled, and non-attendances).

The Dashboard displays information on different charts and tables. All information is updated automatically every minute.

Available information

Queueing

This section contains queueing information.

TOTAL visitors:.

Information about total tickets this week, last week, year to date and month to date. It includes a comparison with the same period of the last year and the percentage of ticket number varies based on the homologous period.

The comparison is only made when there is data from the homologous periods.

Tickets’ status:

Information about the current day’s tickets. It includes the number of waiting tickets, paused tickets, tickets being served, served tickets, and cancelled tickets.

VISITORS BY LOCATION:

This section provides information about the total number of visitors distributed by location. It includes:

  • Top 5 locations with more visitors today and the exact number of visitors for each one.
  • Bar chart with the total visitors' distribution per location (each bar represents one location).

VISITORS BY SERVICE:

This section provides information about the total number of visitors distributed by service. It includes:

  • Top 5 services with more visitors today and the exact number of visitors for each one.
  • Bar chart with the total visitors' distribution per service (each bar represents one service).

AVERAGE WAITING TIME:

This section provides information about the current day’s average waiting time, for all services. It includes:

  • Doughnut chart with today’s waiting time distribution in four sections: percentage of waiting time less than X, percentage of waiting time greater or equal to X and less than Y, percentage of waiting time greater or equal to Y and less than Z and percentage of waiting time greater than Z (X, Y and Z are time values calculated automatically by the system, based on the registered waiting times). Each colour represents one section.
  • Information about average waiting time for this week, last week, year to date and month to date. A comparison is also included with the same period of the last year and the percentage of average “waiting time variation” based on the homologous period.

AVERAGE SERVICE TIME:

This section provides information about the current day’s average service time, for all services. It includes:

  • Doughnut chart with today’s service time distribution in four sections: percentage of service timeless than X, percentage of service time greater or equal to X and less than Y, percentage of service time greater or equal to Y and less than Z and percentage of service time greater than Z (X, Y and Z are time values calculated automatically by the system, based on the registered service times). Each colour represents one section.
  • Information about the average service time for this week, last week, year to date and month to date. A comparison is also included with the same period of the previous year and the percentage of average “service time variation” based on the homologous period.

LOCATION:

This section provides information about the total generated tickets, average waiting time, average service time and connection status (online or offline) with the server, per location.

SUMMARY:

This section provides information about tickets and performance by location. It includes a table with the number of served tickets, waiting-tickets, tickets being served, paused tickets, cancelled tickets, tickets transferred from and to service, average service time, maximum and minimum service time, average waiting time and maximum and minimum waiting time. A total amount of tickets, per location, is also displayed.

Appointments

This section contains appointment information.

APPOINTMENTS TOTAL VISITORS:

Information about total appointments this week, last week, year to date and month to date. It includes a comparison with the same period of the last year and the percentage of appointments varies based on the homologous period.

APPOINTMENTS’ STATUS:

Information about the current day’s appointments. It includes the number of confirmed appointments, checked in appointments, served appointments, cancelled appointments and non-attendances.

VISITORS BY LOCATION:

This section provides information about the total number of appointments visitors distributed by location. It includes:

  • Top 5 locations with more visitors today and the exact number of visitors for each one.
  • Bar chart with the total visitors' distribution per location (each bar represents one location).

VISITORS BY SERVICE:

This section provides information about the total number of appointments visitors distributed by service. It includes:

  • Top 5 services with more visitors today and the exact number of visitors for each one.
  • Bar chart with the total visitors' distribution per service (each bar represents one service).

LOCATIONS:

This section provides information about the total scheduled appointments, totally cancelled appointments, and total of non-attendances, per location.

Advanced features

Total visitors’ comparison with the previous day :

A comparison with the previous day total visitors is displayed next to each location or service, in the ‘Visitors by location’ and ‘Visitors by service’ sections. This comparison is represented by an arrow:

  • if the location/service has more visitors today than yesterday an up arrow will be displayed next to the item.
  • if the location/service has fewer visitors today than yesterday, a down arrow will be displayed next to the item.
  • if the location/service has the same visitors today than yesterday, a neutral arrow will be displayed next to the item.

Items filtering in the AVERAGE WAITING TIME and AVERAGE SERVICE TIME lists (QUEUEING tab):

Filter the locations you wish to see by selecting one option from the Locations dropdown.

If you have a huge number of items in the respective sections, use the ‘Navigation’ buttons to see all listed items.
