Authentication error

If the message ‘Invalid username or password. Please try again.’ message appears when you try to log in in the QM-PAD, it probably means that you are not typing the right username or password.

  1. Check if your credentials (username and password) are correct.
  2. Make sure the 'Caps Lock' function on the keyboard is disabled to ensure that the password is being typed correctly.
tip

If you cannot remember your credentials or keep receiving the same message, contact the system’s administrator.

Not performing actions

If you cannot call tickets or perform any other type of action within QM-PAD, it probably means that your workstation device lost connection to the system.

  1. Log out from QM-PAD.
  2. Close the web-browser.
  3. Open QM-PAD in a new web-browser window.
  4. Start a new session on QM-PAD.

Check with your system administrator to see if you have these permissions enabled.

If you cannot perform only a set of action, you might not have the required permissions to perform them. Confirm it with the system’s administrator.
